QXP Discovering Phase:

• During this phase we use QXP questioning and analyzing skills to uncover the gap between what the prospect has and what ISO requirement is. We also discover and analyze the reasons for, consequences of .and impact of the gap.

• We use the QXP Questionnaires to confirm our understanding of the prospect’s situation and process.

• The result of prospect’s process and system assessment will be reported trough the QXP Gap Analyses matrix .

Supporting Phase

• The Discovering Phase will help us to outline a detailed and achievable schedule to ensure the goal will be met in a manner of time with considering client expectation.

• Performing the related scope of work to modify or develop a Quality management system as per requirement.

• Review the existing document management system.

• Manage the required Implementation.

• Propose any potential support

Audit phase

Performing an Internal Audit to ensure everything is fine and the QMS is working well.

QXP will report the findings in a detailed report to help the business work on the areas that require change/improvement.

Supporting the prospect during the external audit to ensure the certificate will be granted
