- Gap analysis audit: Our consultants will review your business process to find gaps and loopholes within the QMS structure.
- ISO 9001 system development: We guide your business to develop a QMS with the focus on improving customer service and business efficiency through:
– Conducting a system review with process owners to identify required documents for each business line and gather information on current procedures of each business functions.
– Conducting a documentation review to ensure they are in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
– Developing a simple and user-friendly document management system (with a clear filing structure for policies, manuals, procedures, forms, and registers).
- System Implementation: We provide guidance and clear explanation for your business to:
– Conduct a Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify the business training requirements.
– Set up a monitoring schedule to identify and deal with non compliance areas.
– Set up a company Management Review to ensue all new systems are implemented and are fine with the QMS requirements.
- Internal audit: Before certification, an internal audit of the new system is required. An internal audit process is a critical review of the business to make sure the business management system and the QMS are working well before getting assessed by a Certification Body. Quality Xperth auditors can provide your organisation detailed internal audit services with clear and concise internal audit reports to assist you define weaknesses and opportunities for improvement inside the organisation.
- Certification: Before going for certification audit, our consultants will make sure that you have addressed all the issues raised during the internal audit. Afterwards, we coordinate third-party certification audit for your QMS with a certification team that has proven experience in your business industry.
- Maintaining your system after certification: After achieving your ISO 9001 certification, QMS maintenance is a requirement for your business improvement which can be done by your internal resources, as well.
